대한민국의 진보정당, 정의당 대표 이정미입니다.
 
태국 행동전진당 당원 여러분과 피타 림짜른랏 대표님께 총선 승리 축하의 말씀을 전합니다.
 
행동전진당은 민주주의와 보편 인권이라는 가치를 내걸고 군부독재에 반대해왔습니다.
그간 귀당의 활동은 태국뿐 아니라 아시아 전역의 진보정당들에게 용기와 희망을 보여주었습니다.
 
행동전진당의 헌신적 노력이 이번 총선 태국 국민들의 지지로 열매를 맺었습니다.
 
우리 정의당 또한 민주주의를 향한 오랜 투쟁의 역사경험을 공유했기에 귀당의 활동을 지지하고 연대했습니다. 행동전진당 전신인 미래전진당이 군부의 탄압에 직면했을 때 정의당원들 또한 태국 민주화 운동에 지지와 연대의 뜻을 표명하기도 했습니다.
 
앞으로도 태국의 개혁과 민주주의로 향하는 여러분들의 전진에 함께할 것입니다.

I am LEE JEONG-MI,
the party leader of the Republic of Korea's progressive party, the Justice Party.
 
I would like to congratulate
all the members of the Thai Move Forward Party and its leader Pita Limjaroenrat
for winning the general election a few days ago.
 
The Move Forward Party has opposed to military dictatorship,
advocating the values of democracy and universal human rights.
Your party's activities have shown courage and hope
to progressive parties not only in Thailand but throughout Asia.
 
The dedication of the Move Forward Party has borne fruit
with the support of the Thai people in this general election.
 
The Justice Party also supported and stood in solidarity with your party's activities
because we share the historical experience of the long struggle for democracy.
When the Future Forward Party, the predecessor of the Move Forward Party,
faced oppression from the military dictatorship,
members of the Justice Party also expressed the support
and solidarity with the Thai democratization movement.
 
We will continue to stand with you in your progress
toward progressive changes and democracy in Thailand.
